The Key Monster in Ruka's Deck from my Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Fanfic, Five Dragons.  

Card Text:

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
During your turn, when a Field Magic Card is activated: Draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Ancient Faerie Dragon" once per turn. Once per turn, if there is a face-up Field Spell Card on the field: You can target 1 face-up Attack Position monster on the field; destroy it.  


A real nasty monster, with the name just different enough for it to be distinguishable from the normal Anime "Ancient Fairy Dragon" and Manga "Fairy Dragon - Ancient".
